XtraKart gives substitution strategy inside 4 hrs from the conveyance date. In any case, client should look at the items when it is being and conveyed attempt to return some unacceptable items during the hour of conveyance.

XtraKart is at risk to supplant and the items in the event of wrong things conveyed.

In the event of substitution, client needs to return back the past item to get the new item as substitution.

Undoing Strategy:

You can drop your request completely or somewhat in the span of a short ways from the position of request by calling our client care at 9876543210

On receipt of the undoing notice we will drop the request in the event that it has not been handled by us. Crossing out of Request cannot be finished/acknowledged once the items under your request is prepared to dispatch/transported out from our conveyance area.
